Customers call into an 800 number, our IVR system prompts them to choose from a menu selection of product or services as well as enter their zip code and name. The data is then recorded on a voice capture unit. An IVR finds the nearest dealership and automatically transfers the call from the IVR platform. The call is received at the dealership or store; the IVR unit provides a whisper message to identify the source of the call, the make and model of interest, and the caller's name.
